We stayed in a Junior Suite Ocean View, and the view was stunning. Loved lounging by the multiple pools. Check out the guest activities. the cooking classes were fun. The peaceful atmosphere made our family time even better.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary! The main pool crew, especially Cristian and Viri, brought energy and joy every day. We enjoyed delicious meals, particularly at Tazuna, and felt pampered by the attentive staff. Reserve your beach bed early for a perfect day by the waves!

Stunning ocean views and multiple well-maintained pools made our 6-night stay memorable. The diverse dining options, especially at the Market and the Japanese restaurant, consistently impressed us, with friendly staff ensuring quick service. However, service delays at the buffet caused some frustration, and the pressure from staff for timeshare presentations was a nuisance. Despite these issues, the all-inclusive package provided excellent value for quality food and drinks throughout our stay.

We faced significant issues during our stay. Check-in was a nightmare, as the front desk made us wait for two hours due to a payment discrepancy that was not our fault. Even after showing proof of payment, the staff was rude and dismissive. This poor customer service overshadowed our entire experience, leading to frustration and disappointment.
